  • Conduct diabetic prevention and control camps, along with awareness programs on diabetes and HIV/AIDS through grassroots voluntary organizations.
  • Establish and maintain clinical laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, blood banks, and similar institutions. Provide financial assistance for medical care and treatment in any medical institution.
